I cannot recommend Helen or Alvechurch reiki enough! I have been having treatments with Helen for quite a while now and have felt a profound benefit from them and so I proceeded to take her reiki level one course as I wanted to explore reiki on an even deeper level! Amazing 2 day Reiki Level 1 course. Helen is such a beautiful soul, so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate Reiki teacher and Reiki Master. I've learn so much with Helen these past 2 days. I was privileged to be accepted onto Helen’s Reiki 2 course. I felt like I was embraced into her group so easily. The course was amazing, enlightening and very spiritual. I’ve just had the absolute pleasure of completing my Reiki 1 with Helen. What can I say? It was such a magical experience in so many ways. Helen’s passion, intuition, and dedication to Reiki shone through at every level. The course was taught with genuine care and positive regard for every student. We all came with our own stories, experiences, and reasons for being there, and I feel that Helen met each of us where we were, tailoring the days to suit our individual and group needs.

The gorgeous, cozy venue contributed to a relaxed atmosphere, creating a loving and safe space for us to explore our Reiki energy together. The course was thorough, encompassing a good amount of theory, history, and language, which formed a solid foundation for our understanding of Reiki. The energy side is indescribable as it is unique to each person. My own experience was one of wholeness, balance, and intuition. I feel like a different person today than the one who showed up on Day One of the course.
