Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher since July 2021, I have integrated Reiki into my daily life as a powerful tool for healing and balance. This practice has been central to my recovery from anxiety and continues to help me cultivate a calm, centred state of mind.

I have been an accredited Reiki practitioner listed with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council since September 2023 and pride myself on the highest of professional standards that this registration entails. 

The courses I offer have been accredited and approved by the UK Reiki Federation, with students having the opportunity to work towards the Professional Reiki Practitioner Diploma and register for themselves with the CNHC.

I am committed and passionate about supporting my clients and students to implement the many wonderful benefits of the system of Reiki in their own lives. 

Having been a languages teacher for over 20 years, I am delighted to be able to bring all of the skills I have garnered over the years to fruition through Alvechurch Reiki as I continue to grow on this journey. I am only an accomplished teacher because of my commitment to lifelong learning; continuing to grow and heal the lived experience every single day. I learn the most when I'm paying attention to the lessons myself while teaching! 

Trained and attuned to both Western and traditional Japanese Usui Reiki, all aspects of my work involve deeply meditative and mindful practices. I set the highest of intentions to help you achieve and maintain a healthy and stress-free body and mind. 

I can provide a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Reiki session. You can also attend one of my accredited courses to acquire the ultimate in self-help and wellness skills.
