I qualified as a Usui Reiki Master Teacher in July 2021, having spent 2 years implementing the practice in my life, predominantly to support me in my recovery from anxiety and to maintain a calm state of mind. 

I have been an accredited Reiki practitioner listed with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council since September 2023 and pride myself on the highest of professional standards that this registration entails.

I am now passionate about supporting my clients and students to implement the many wonderful benefits of the system of Reiki in their own lives. 

I have been a languages teacher for 20 years and am delighted to be able to bring all of the skills I have garnered over the years to fruition through Alvechurch Reiki as I continue to grow on this journey. 

All aspects of my work involve deeply meditative and mindful practices, with the highest of intentions to help you achieve and maintain a healthy and stress-free body and mind. I can provide a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Reiki treatment. You can also attend one of my accredited courses to acquire the ultimate in self-help and wellness skills.
