I cannot recommend Helen or Alvechurch reiki enough! I have been having treatments with Helen for quite a while now and have felt a profound benefit from them and so I proceeded to take her reiki level one course as I wanted to explore reiki on an even deeper level! Amazing 2 day Reiki Level 1 course. Helen is such a beautiful soul, so friendly, knowledgeable and passionate Reiki teacher and Reiki Master. I've learn so much with Helen these past 2 days.
